Introduction
Let me introduce myself, Nini, a grandmother of one precious little boy (right now) with another little blessing coming this summer. I am married to the love of my life, my firefighter, cowboy, and all-around best man out there. I have been a nurse for over 13 years now and we currently reside in Texas, however, are planning to retire to our mountain in Arkansas (hopefully within the next 3-5 years). We have been extremely blessed to raise two beautiful children living off of the land, not full-time, but we are becoming more self-sufficient with each day. We currently have a year-round garden for producing our vegetables, some fruit trees, and have a production of chickens. We do not buy meat at the store, only pasture-raised meat, which we also raise our own poultry for consumption as well. All of this allows for us to live a life that is chemical free, and we know all that is consumed by our livestock. I do a great deal of canning as well, recently we have started experimenting with sourdough bread (which I am so excited about this focus)!
